Project Description: Construction of plant improvements at the American Gulch Water Reclamation Plant including new headworks, conversion of an existing basin to an equalization basin, and aeration basin upgrades including new aeration piping, new diffusers and droplegs, new internal mixed liquor pumps and drain system modifications. Contractor shall provide preconstruction services including constructability reviews, site investigation services, preparation of guaranteed maximum price at key design milestones, equipment procurement and procurement services seeking qualified construction subcontractors for specified Work packages.
